Anxiety creeping up on you?

Sometimes we can be anxious and not even know it.
The first step to gaining some control over it is to first recognize that one is going through anxiety.
How does one do that?
Watch out for your own behavior - things like:
· Wringing your hands, a piece of cloth or something else
· Restless feet
· Shoulder stiffness
· Biting or gritting your teeth
· A crawling sensation at the nape of your neck
· Palpitations
· Sweaty palms
· Biting nails
· Chewing the ends of yo
Once you have recognized it – you can now develop ways to get it under control.
But before that here is a scale that will tell you just how anxious you really are:
